In the picture marked as 1 and 2, there are two on each side. Because the head is punctured, it should be P. cupreus.

This is not a Harpalus (only one supraorbital seta). It's either Poecilus cupreus or P. versicolor. I can't really see whether the middle of the head is punctured..
