This is end of Pyrus pyrifolia twig, subadults are movig towards the center of tree. Any clue, if I capture few of them, feed them, time frame & success rate of getting adult ?

Except that mine has first antenae segment colored (not black) EDIT: looking really hard at my original, I can find sparse hairs, but surely a lot less as at the one at https://www.kerbtier...
I would say upper has different outer shape of thorax ?
