No. There should be small flat circular area at top of cap (or at least elevated center of cap) to be Parasola (http://agrozoo.net/gallery/Parasola) likely it is: http://agrozoo.net/gallery/Coprinellus-micaceus

Geometridae raupe ?

On the second look geometridae should have only 2 pairs of prolegs, there are at least 3 for sure. So catocala appears more likely but cf. see Jüngere Raupenstadien second image, only 3 pairs sticking out: http://www.lepiforum.de/lepiwiki.pl?Catocala_Fraxini

see also / tipped from lepiforum: http://www.lepiforum.de/lepiwiki.pl?Campaea_Margaritaria - fits to geometridae/carpinus doh there is still question of 'underdeveloped' 4,5-th pair of legs on image.

Geometridae raupe ?

In case you think there are 5 pairs of prolegs (see attached image - something sticking out, seems highly unlikely that it would be 2 pairs damaged on both sides) ? As far as I can see Catocala should have 5 prolegs. I have seen this in full movement, only 3 pairs of prolegs were active. Also see geometridae movement, if that applay also to Catocala ? Carpinus, Fagus are the only other option, but much less likely.

I don't keep up with taxonomic changes much, I just manual click & automatic first check PESI and if nothig there, then ITIS DB. If nothing anywhere there then my own, something close from my db. So if PESI and ITIS are OK regarding TAXA to you, you can in general use taxonomy from my site as somewhat current/valid.
