I remember you from diptera-dot-info forum. Anyway, nothing about the wings of Lucilia is useful for separating species. In addition, there are three visible bristle sockets in the ac position and a yellow basicosta. Lucilia sericata is a better match for this female. You can examine it closer since you have a specimen.
I want to add a note to my last post: hobbyists that are not knowledgeable about Calliphoridae may mistake this fly for a Muscidae (such as Neomyia). I will now inform you that Neomyia lacks parafacials (vide my photo attachment of a Neomyia cornicina female). Your specimen has parafacial bristles (and many of them). In addition, the bend of the rm is unmistakably rounded in Neomyia (a feature that is apparently overlooked by non-experts).
Thanks for additional info. Had to bring in some light to see the diff (attachment).
Do tell if rm is equal rem and r-m. I can find only last two (somewhere in the center of wing).

I made an error and typed rm instead of m (median) vein. I apologize for the error. I only slept two hours and i was very tired. So, the bend of the m vein is depicted with a magenta colored error in my Neomyia versus Lucilia photo attachment.
