I found this wasp at a window/fenster in July in Berlin. I do not have keys or descriptions for Ichneumonidae but i think that it belongs to this family. I am hoping that someone can confirm the family Ichneumonidae and possibly narrow it down to a genus.

you are lucky. This is one of the very, very few Ichneumonidae, that can be identified after a photo: Diphyus quadripunctorius (female; the male cannot be identified that easily).
